Diplomacy Rules

Diplomacy is a negotiation wargame about alliances, simultaneous orders, supply centers, timing, and trust.

Diplomacy is built for deadlines. MyTurnYet supports order planning, confirmation states, NMR handling, replacement flow, and no-press Gunboat games.

Core rules

    Players submit simultaneous orders for armies and fleets.

    Adjudication resolves moves, support, convoys, standoffs, retreats, and builds.

  3. 3

    Deadlines, replacements, and civil disorder handling keep long games moving.

Current implementation status

Diplomacy setup, Gunboat configuration, replacement handling, and visual adjudication work are active before the August 1, 2026 match-start date.

Does MyTurnYet support Gunboat Diplomacy?

Yes. Gunboat is available as a no-press game option.

How are missed orders handled?

The implementation tracks NMRs, civil disorder, and replacement-needed states for long-running games.
